What is a credit?
Every look your stylist makes uses 1 credit. New accounts get 10 free. A plan tops your credits back up at the start of each billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refill to your plan’s amount each cycle, so pick the plan that matches how many looks you make.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your credits until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Monthly or yearly?
The same credits every month either way. Yearly is paid once and costs less: $7 a month for Starter, $14 for Pro.
What happens when I run out?
Your stylist stops making new looks until your credits refill or you pick a plan. Your looks, saves and chat all stay.
What is priority generation?
On Pro your looks go to the front of the queue, so they’re ready sooner when a lot of people are asking at once.
