Welcome to AwesomeHeap. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use AwesomeHeap. Note: section 12 contains an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affect your legal rights.
AwesomeHeap is an entertainment service that uses AI to place your own face into fashion looks, building a personal feed you can browse, save and shop. Generated images are synthetic and for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. We use Google sign-in to authenticate you.
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the explicit right and consent to use. You must not upload images of other people without their permission, images of anyone under 18, or any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone’s rights.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant AwesomeHeap a limited licence to store and process them (including via third-party AI providers) solely to generate and show your looks and operate the service. Processing your face requires your separate, explicit consent — see the Face Data Policy. You can delete your photos, your face data or your whole account at any time in Settings.
Looks are generated by automated models and may be imperfect or unexpected. They are not photographs of real events and should not be presented as such. We make no guarantee that a given look will match your expectations, and we may re-generate, filter or remove outputs that violate these Terms or our content rules.
Generating looks uses energy. New accounts start with a free balance; paid plans top your energy up each billing cycle. Pricing and plan details are on the Planspage. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep your energy until the end of the paid period.
Energy has no cash value, is non-transferable and can’t be redeemed for money. We may change the free allowance for new accounts. Because looks are digital content delivered immediately, by starting a paid plan you consent to immediate delivery and — where you have a statutory withdrawal right (e.g. in the EU) — acknowledge that it is lost once generation begins, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds otherwise follow applicable law.
Looks may link to products sold by third-party retailers. Those purchases are governed by the retailer’s own terms — we are not the seller, and we don’t guarantee price, availability or fit. We may earn an affiliate commission on some links at no extra cost to you.
Brand and product names shown in looks belong to their owners. AwesomeHeap is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any brand or retailer shown, unless we say so explicitly.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations and remove offending content.
If a third party brings a claim against AwesomeHeap because you broke these Terms — for example, you uploaded someone else’s photo without their permission, or used generated images to deceive — you agree to indemnify us and cover the resulting damages, costs and reasonable legal fees.
The AwesomeHeap name, software and design are ours. Generated looks based on your photos are for your personal use as described above. If you believe content on AwesomeHeap infringes your rights, email hello@awesomeheap.com and we’ll review promptly.
You can stop using AwesomeHeap anytime and delete your account and all your data yourself in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may modify or discontinue features (or the service) — if we discontinue paid features you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused portion.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, AwesomeHeap is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email hello@awesomeheap.com — most issues can be resolved informally within 30 days.
Arbitration. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and AwesomeHeap agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of a court trial. You may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Class-action waiver. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@awesomeheap.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” from your account email.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence still applies where required.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AwesomeHeap about the service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
We may update these Terms; we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
