This policy explains what AwesomeHeap collects, how we use it, and your choices. We try to collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account info — your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Photos you upload — the face and body photos you add to build your looks.
• Generated looks — the images we create for your feed, and saves/likes.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, looks seen) to run and improve the service.

2. Facial images

To generate looks we process your facial images with automated AI models, including third-party providers. We use these images only to create and show your looks and to check generation quality. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

3. How we use your data

• To generate your personalized feed of looks.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.
• To process subscriptions and energy (payments handled by our payment provider).

4. Storage & security

Your photos are stored in private cloud storage and served to you over short-lived, signed links. Data is encrypted in transit. We restrict internal access to what’s needed to run the service.

5. Third parties we use

• Google — sign-in / authentication.
• AI image providers — to generate looks from your photos.
• Stripe — to process payments (when subscriptions launch).
• Hosting & storage — to run the app and store images.
• Retailers — when you shop a look, you’re handed off to the retailer’s own site.

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (like your theme). We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Retention & deletion

You can delete individual photos anytime in your profile. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we’ll remove it. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data. Email us to make a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

9. Children

AwesomeHeap is for users 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you.
